Hi Ladies and Gents, been awhile since I posted a picture of the Fokker 100 (or any picture for that, still very busy!!) but I dusted it off and brought it out of the hangar for a quick flight from Manchester to Stanstead.

This is still one of my Fav planes. Excellent graphics, sounds and flight model, just needs a VC (which I believe is being worked on, although it seems to be taking an awful long time!!)

Hope you like  Smiley

Very very nice I love that VFR scenery.

Does it bother you not having autogen in that scenery? I often wonder about that.

Thanks for the replys all.

The two planes are available here http://fokker.avsim.net/index.html as one download, the cockpit, sounds, lighting effects and numerous repaints are also available on this site or linked to from the download page.

The Mesh in the fourth picture is one of Just Flights VFR Photographic Scenerys for the UK, that I picked up from my local shop. I think there are 4 in total that cover England and Wales, not sure about Scotland sorry.

The scenery has 2 downsides, no Autogen (as Ramsa points out) and it takes an age to load initially and my PC has trouble keeping it in focus above about 100 kts. This is something I only found out after buying it. At one point I paused the game to allow it to "catch up" and it hadn't after 20 mins, not good. Kind of spoils the feel. There are also no Winter textures and the colours seem a little ummmmm, colourful as well.

I must admit that I don't think that I will be buying the other discs to make it complete.

Thanks again,

Fine shots mate.  I have the same problem with focus and I find it very annoying.  £30.00 for the scenery and it can't be bothered to work properly if you don't fly a cessna!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well then it doesn't sound like something for me. Does anyone know of any freeware meshes for the US? Thanks.

I seem to remember somebody on the Golden Eagles Forum talking about one that covered the entire US and it was freeware, seems doubtful and it would be a huge file, but I will see if I can find some info for you.
