Unfortunately you can't fly to either pole as the way M$ has mapped the world is as a cylinder rather than a sphere. As for flying to continental Antartica, I have no idea, I've never tried.
With the 737, there is a tutorial available here about doing AP landings.

Unless I'm missing your point - You can plan all flights & get the required frequencies in FLIGHT PLANNER before you depart on your flight.
There is a tute here that explains basic FS IFR flight(Instrument Flight Rules - flying without visual reference to the ground) - you will find it in the Help section.... you can use this simple navigation for all kinds of flights..
I've never seen an 'autopilot landing'...
The tutorial here is mainly about navigation & using the ILS system to land in short visibility. - not autopilot landing.
It can be done in real life (though as far as I know rarely is - usually the AP is shut off once locked onto the ILS on final & a manual landing is made)...
Why do you want to do an 'autopilot landing'?
Think Global. It's the world we live in.

There are intersections listed south of New Zealand or Tasmania ,can't remember which, last one being Byrd maybe. You can reach the mainland but the program will continually direct you off course. It will allow you to get to a point where it will you inform you that it cannot accept 0 value as a navigation destination( or some similar wording ) And that is as close as you'll get

I saw an add on for Antarctica including several airports. Cannot remember which site though. But I do know it is out there.

It is possible, atleast with some aircraft. I flew a couple ILS approaches lastnight, letting the autopilot land the aircraft, even though it was a hard landing

Addon scenery is available from AVSIM. Files are ant02.zip and ata2K2_a.zip from the FS2002 scenery library.
I flew down there maybe a year ago and had forgotten the addons were available as I had no immediate intention of going again. Might just go myself now considering they're flying Falcon 100's down from Australia real life!

YEAH! I know they do. But unlike some other scenery addons I think I could ignore the fictional aspect if a high percentage was actual. In fact I'd only look at one of those.
I really don't understand why you would do that fictional stuff. There are enough airports and fields out there now to challenge anyone worldwide. I do have an appreciation of the effort involved in producing that but I'll have to agree that they will not find a home here;with the above mentioned exception!
Still I've got time to think as at the moment I'm following the Trans Siberian Railway Currently UNNT
