There have been several people lately wondering what I and the CFS team have been up to since the 3.1 update was released. We were busy with the localized versions of the update, and finally finished that up revently. I wanted to take this opportunity to bring you up to date on what else we've been doing. I've mentioned that a mission builder is in the works, and that has taken up a lot of our time. We're putting some finishing touches on it, and it will be ready for a public beta test 'Real Soon Now' (tm). We've been working on the Terrain and Scenery SDK, and that is coming along nicely. We've started looking into a tool to make nose art generation a lot easier. For the latest news you can always go to http://microsoftgamesinsider.com/CFSinsider/default.htm and check things out. For instance you'll find version 1.5 of the Aircraft and Vehicle SDK on the tools page. Once you've tried out the SDKs let us know what you think. We've set up an email account (cfssdkfe@microsoft.com) for that.

Finally, we continue to monitor the forums and the CFS suggestions email (Tell_CFS@microsoft.com) to understand what the community want. We do read all of the posts and emails, so don't be shy.

thanx

leonr

I'll try to keep you guys updated until Leon starts posting here. Smiley
