Hi guys,

Here's the latest love of my life, a Dehavilind Tiger Moth Biplane I've named "Gypsy". I got her and a handful of her brothers and sisters off a CD Rom disc that came with issue 21 of PC Pilot that a freind picked up over the weekend. Gypsy is a moth painted up in pre WW2 training livery and is a joy to fly, sputtering to life when I fire her up, doing slow rolls and loop the loops, and I just love the sound of her wheels as she touches down, not the thud and hiss of other planes I have, but rather the sqeal of rubber kissing the ground accompanied by the creak of her shocks compacting. This picture shows "Gypsy" buzzing the tower at Knox Co Regional up in Maine after coming out of a loop. I don't have the magazine in front of me, but I'd like to thank the creator of this wonderful little airplane!...

Is this the object of your desire Cub?

I used a little sideways thinking to figure out the filename. To post it you must paste the full path between those [img] brackets replacing the letters "URL"
http://www.simviation.com/yabbuploads/Moth2.jpg

From the accuracy of the visual model, especially the rigging, it looks like John Woodside's excellent & highly accurate Tiger Moth. If so, you can thank him yourself.

Right-clicking on Captain Cub's little red X and going to "properties" shows the address as...

http://wwwsimviation.com/yabbuploads/Moth2.jpg

Note the full stop missing between the "www" and "simviation"...!

It's these little errors that stop things from working as we expect them to.... Grin...!

I too thought this was a beauty to be flown and enjoyed.....I have a friend in Ont who also liked it and we even had to give a go at mupti-player, with us both in the same A/C.......this needs to be in the Edited shots forum so I will leave it in both areas.........without the "before" its not going to be easy to tell what I have done........

Here's some more shots of "Gypsy" over Paris and London. I was flying her today and actually did an outside loop!  I also tried to fly her through the legs of the Eiffel Tower, a favorite thing to do with assorted planes in FS2k, but she stopped dead with plenty of clearence on each wing, and I was told I had "Crashed" I guess post 9/11  jitters made the programers do away with anything Dangerous (and fun).

Did you upload the images & are they in the correct size & format? I tried every combination of filenames I can think of & they don't appear to be on the server.
