Hi !
Is there any visual damage caused to aircraft during ill-landings, rough handling..etc besides wheels sinking into the ground ? I had only seen smoke, sparks and fire comming out during a tail dragg at landing.

My main question is about the purpose of a damage texture that commes along with default aircraft; if it never comes out on the aircraft ?

I heard that Microsoft had disabled some kind of effects after 9/11  ??? Is it possible for us to reverse that ?

Thanks in advance;
Anish

Try adding this line to Aircraft.cfg.
visual_damage=1
I believe it goes under the [fltsim.x] header. This will only work on the defaults or latest FSDS2 or Gmax designs with a damage model.

I just found a new one called Crash Damage Enabler (v.2) at Avsim.  If anyone has tried it please let me know.

I read the instructions for Crash Damage Enabler, and that's what it seems to do.  I prefer to just add the line manually.
