Help! I have an awesome scenery file and I would like to put it in my FS2K2. I have already unzipped it and I have a file with 2 folders in it...Scenery and Texture. What do I do with these? I just totally forgot!
Thx!

Grin wow

You can do two things the easiest is to just use this path to installing it

(localdrive/program files/microsoftgames/fs2002/addon scenery/ Scenery (then you have Textures)

Copy the scenery file to your scenery folder
then copy the texture file to your scenery folder

It's as easy as that partner  Roll Eyes

You'll know you did it right the next time you start Fs2k2 you will see a window pop up saying "creating indices for new scenery files" or some crap like that!

Enjoy your scenery! Wink

My advice would be to activate all 3rd party scenery from the Scenery Library. Your scenery appears to be ready-configured with the usual Scenery & Texture subfolders. (BGL files in Scenery, all textures in Texture)
Installation is quite straightforward.

Paste the folder containing the Scenery & Texture subfolders into FS2002\ADDON SCENERY.
Start FS2002 & click Settings/Scenery Library.
Click the Add Area button - browse & select the parent folder of your new scenery. The new scenery area is now activated. Click OK & return to the sim.
