Here's a fun aircraft I'd like to see someone come up with for FS2K2: An Eagle from the old Space:1999 TV series. Just imagine this big hunking spaceship sitting on the active at your favorite airport, hell, at the gate! Smoke flying everywhere as you fire up the motors, then a VTOL takeoff! Sweet!

How about the polished sliver Ship from the "Phantom Menace" Star Wars 1? of course the one from Attack of the clones would be cool too. The one with 4 nacelles on the wing.
