I have given this some thought over the past few days and I have decided to do something I don't think anyone has ever done. I call in the vFWS, Virtual Fighter Weapons School. It is a combination of Red Flag, and Topgun into one school. The purpose of it is to teach all pilots, how to fly, fight, and defend with military aircraft. Anyone can come to learn, may it be a military VA, just one person, anyone. There is a 4 week course, on weekends, that people must signup for. Every Saturday for four weeks you will train with military aircraft in combat roles. At the begining you choose the aircraft you would like to use (has to be military, no Boeing 737's  Wink) and then you will start your course. On the first weekend, you will learn the strenghts and weaknesses of your aircraft, and how to fly it to the best of your ability and the planes. The second weekend is ACM, air combat, in which you will go up against vFWS instructors to learn and hone your skills in a dogfight. Depending on your aircraft week 2 may only include defensive posters, such as if you are flying a bomber. Week 3, again depending on aircraft, will include bombing raids on airfeilds and buildings. The last week is the graduation, in which all of the current class pilots, go up against an equal number of vFWS instructors in an all out war. It will take place between two airfeilds 50 miles apart, in which your bombers must make it to the enemy airfeild, without getting shot down, and bomb the runways, and vise versa for the vFWS instructor bombers. The winner is the team that bombs the enemy airfeild first, or the team that shoots down all the enemies aircraft first. It will not be western aircraft vs western aircraft, only in the first 3 weekends will all aircraft will be western, vFWS instructors will be flying T-38's, A-4F Skyhawks, F/A-18 Hornets, and B-1B Lancers. Warsaw Pac aircraft used by vFWS instructors will be MiG-29 Fulrums, Su-27 Flankers, and Tu-160 Blackjacks. All other student aircraft are listed on the site. http://www.freewebs.com/vfws/ Now this is where I beg the question, would anyone like to volunteer to be a vFWS instructor? Its only a couple of hours every Saturday, for four weeks, then off for one weekend, and back on again. You get to set your own times with your student pilots, and you teach them how to fly military aircraft to be the best of the best.
