Hi all,
I'd like to tell ye all about a great Concorde site that has to have the best version of Concorde that I have every come across. The site is .be warned there is 5 downloads to this and the largest is 12mb.But it is well worth the wait.My prob is that the Concorde must be the hardest plane to land .I can takeoff cruise at Mach2 decend but not for the life of me an I land.Does any one know of a site or have any info on landing the Concorde.

would be very greatfull...
Check out the site.

??? Shocked

There were several problems with the flight dynamics, one of the side effects of which was to cause serious problems landing  successfully.

If you search the downloads section (not sure if it's here at simviation.com but it's definitely at flightsim.com) you'll find a recently published update for the Concorde flight dynamics. There have been a couple in fact. The one you want is V2.2, filename: dynaco22.zip

It's an update independant of the original authors, but it states that it's been produced with that aircraft specifically in mind.

John, apparently patch 2.3 has come out (yesterday) so I'm reliably informed. Don't know if it has been posted here yet though.

Thanks Mark - haven't had the opportunity to do the download "rounds" yet. Smiley

That file is going to have more updates than FS RealTime at this rate.. Grin

downloaded that update. It seems to stop the wheels from sinking and the it flys abit better but as for landing still the same prob!!plane does not follow the glideslope. It seems to start fine but the goes below the glideslope and land well before the runway.Quite frustrating.Any ideas???????
