So I was looking at this post:

and I was wondering where I can download effects like that.

I believe all you have to do is change the Damage settings in the aircraft's config file.
but I could be wrong.

visual_damage=1 achieves damage effects in the aircraft.cfg, but they don't look like those normally.

You might try e-mailing the provider of the screenshots and asking him where he got his effects from.
