hi guys

i bought CFS3 today. it's my first cfs version so i'm new at it.
i'd like to know what the famous patch does and if it's necessary to install it. if yes and you recommand it to me, where can i find it then?

please forgive me for asking this stupid questions, but please answer them, thanx
