It's now out. Nvidia has finally released it's long awaited Geforce FX Quadro 1000 and 2000 graphics cards. I'll talk about the 2000 because I found more info on it.
The card comes with an 8X AGP pipeline, 128MB DDR2 Ram, 400Mhz GPU, and much more. The card is so big and powerful that it must draw power directly from the power pack using a disk drive power connector! But the problem is that comming in at a whopping $1,695.00 US  Shocked (not a type-o!) the Quadro FX 2000 is more expensive than most new computers. Sorry guys but this card is only within reach of 3D annimation companies right now.  Tongue

Hmmm, I guess i'll have to wait until the price drops about a grand and a half... LMAO

I got a shock when checking out the latest Gaphics card prices, there was one obscure model selling for nearly $17,000  ........... yup, you read it right........ and I bet the FX beats it hands down. There must be some desperately rich people out there.  Shocked
