With Tipster's new panels the underappreciated Baron is becoming one of my favorite aircraft.
Has anyone noticed this bug in spot view - I know my gear is down but spot view doesn't show it. The panel shows me its down and as soon as I land it mysteriously reappears in spot view???
I don't recall whether it happens every time but it's happened often enough to cause concern.

Something weird going on there. The landing gear shows up fine for me.
As we're using the same panel, I doubt that it's down to any of the gauges etc. Just as a precaution, see if the same thing happens using the default panel. Honestly can't see a connection but I'm totally stumped for a reason for that happening. ???

I don't think it's a panel problem. But when it happened tonight I had a lot of background junk open - net connection, firewall, antivirus, email notifier. I was landing at KMIA and never got the ILS either. Kind of scary since I was flying almost real time and landing at night. Gonna log off for a while and see if it happens again.

I noticed that problem and actually landed wheels up! I did try again and made sure that my approach speed was below the gear down speed and everything worked fine that time. ???

A reboot works wonders. The gear is showing up (down) in spot view.
But DME shows nothing when tuned to ILS (yes, I double and triple checked the freq) but fine when tuned to the closest VOR. And the ILS gauge seems to work ok - hard to tell when DME doesn't work.
Maybe it's just a problem with KMIA 9R but too late to try it tonight. If it persists I'll let you know. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks for the help. I defragged last night and it seems to have cleared up everything.
