Hi, all. May already know me, thanks to my far-fetched aircraft ideas and wants...

Anyhow...

I've came across a problem, and I have no clue what caused it.

Once inside the game, while on the ground waiting to take off, I noticed that when I tilt the joystick left or right, the ailerons tilt for a moment and then snap back to alignment with the trailing edge of the wing. This is not usual--of course, we should all already know this.

Once I have taken off, the problem continues by restricting turn and roll rates--but that makes sense, with the ailerons randomly tilting and then snapping back into alignment.

The rudders, elevators, flaps, cowl flaps, tabs and trim are not effected by any of this--nor is anything else.

It should NOT do this. Why does it, and how can I fix it?

Hi Ace. The visual model is only reflecting your control inputs. I would start by checking out your joystick.

Fixed!

Forgot I had previously installed the Interact 'Ultra-Racer PC' for a racing simulation I just picked up...

The steering 'wheel' was inaccurate and fowling up the controls--CFS2 was trying to use it, instead of my joystick.

Easily fixed--just widened the 'null zone.' All is well, and all works perfectly.

Simple problem, simple solution. Suppose I should have checked everything over before asking a question.

And the Moral to this Story, my friends, is this; Check Your Hardware Before Asking Any Questions. Try Different Settings. Experiment. Know How It Works.

The Intrustion Manual Helps A Lot. Understand It. Read It. Study It. Check It.
