Ok peeps...new to this forum stuff, but fairly familiar in adding on planes to CFS1 and having them in "campaigns", but I've downloaded some planes from this site for my CFS2, installed them into "Aircraft" files, and they aren't showing up for my campaigns in that game. I greatly appreciate any help my fellow FS/CFS comrades can give me.

SmileyKasino,
You need to go to the addon aircraft file and open it up.  Then open the file that shows things like the boxmaps, effects, gunstations and such.  Near the bottom you will find a section [MISC_DATA].  Look for the line entered_service=.  Change the date to something like 11/1/39.  Exit out, but, be sure to save the change.  Just enter yes when it asks if you wish to save the data.  You can change the date for any craft and it will show up in your campaigns.  Good luck and let me know if any problems. Wink

Just to clarify. The file you're looking for has a .dp extension & is known as the DP file. You can edit it in Notepad.
