You say you have a lot of addons. If the MB originally worked without problems I suspect you have exceeded the CFS2 "100 plane" limit.
http://www.simviation.com/lair/cfs2faq.htm100 is a rough figure for the sim itself & can be much less for the MB. Check out your CFS2\Aircraft folder for the number of installed aircraft. If this is more than 90, create a folder named Hangar or similar & drag a few aircraft into into it. Don't move any defaults or others used in missions or for aliasing to. The best way to permanently overcome the problem is with a duplicate install of CFS2.
