nice shots! nice crash effects!  Shocked

but i think you crashed cause you had too much bank angle! i sometimes fly without engines and try to make a good landing, so with no fuel, i don't think you put the nose down like this... you should have been able to put the bitch safely on the ground!

hey man!
there is a utility that you can download here at simviation that does that...
look for "FS2002 Visual Damage & AI Aircraft Flyable v2" at http://www.simviation.com/fs2002utilities_gen1.htm

this utility adds damage effects to all of the deafult aircrafts.....

I downloaded the utility that liran_bar linked to but I don't get effects like that.  I have had my wings or tail break off but never an explosion when I hit the ground.  Instead, the flight just ends.  Do I need to add something to my aircraft.cfg file?

its the explosion effects from this site..or over at flightsim.com..add them to your aircraft and press I button and u will find yourself blowing up..keep your finger on I button and it will create a huge fireball especially on 1/4 rate
