2) Delete the files called OKBK_ADE_TK_Default and the OKBK_ADE_TK_CVX BGL files
3) Reload FSX
4) Job Done!
However, it does not say what two .bgl files (there are about 12) so I'm guessing the two in the "uninstall". The problem is those two .bgls are not in the scenery folder. If you install OKBK as if it were a normal addon scenery, a lot of the goodies are there, but not the new main terminal (The default is still there). It looks like the jetways are shifted to accomodate the new terminal, though.
