    I need HELP!! (that kind as well)  SERIOUSLY.....I first joined the site in June,2012. I went to log in today and for whatever reason or reasons the site is not accepting me. I THOUGHT my 1 year membership had expired so I went ahead and RE SUBSCRIBED for another year by making the payment of $19.95. I later looked at my checking account and saw that I did, indeed, subscribe in June,2012. I SHOULD have been able to log into the site as a member but I couldn't. Even AFTER making the accidental payment I am still not able to download at the faster speeds even though I can log into the site. I am going to stop payment on the $19.95 but the question is :WHY CAN'T I LOG IN AS A PAYED UP MEMBER....I normally have no problems with this site. Any help would be greatly appreciated! FWIW...I could'nt find my OLD login information so whoever resolves this for me will probably have to look it up in your records using my E-MAIL address.

Thanks for the reply Pete. I sort of suspected the new server issue (I did read it) might have something to do with the login problem. I'll wait until the end of the week to contact the bank to stop the payment since you said it would be refunded anyway. If you check your records you'll see that I joined last year and the membership won't expire until June. I DON'T REMEMBER the login name or password that I used at that time although I obviously the info I'm using now is working OK so it may not be an issue. Normally, I record all info like that in a book and I was surprised to see that Simviation wasn't there....it is now! BTW.....GREAT SITE!
