Three lovely Cumberland sausages, with onions, roasted in my trusty Gas Oven...>>>

...

..with mashed potatoes, assorted vegetables, and the most wonderful, tasty gravy, in the known Universe...

Whilst testing out my new Republic P47 Thunderbolt in California Central Valley, and stirring the gravy at the same time...

Paul.... Smiley...!

The Thunderbolt landed safely, and the Dinner was fantastic!... Cheesy...!

12 Cumberland sausages @ £2 = four big dinners for around 50 pence each (3 sausages per meal)....Value?.... Smiley...!

.... Grin... Grin..!

Actually, I am a bit of an English Mustard cheat... Wink...!

Colman's English Mustard is very nice, but its also VERY strong...
..and as I quite like Mustard, I actually buy French Dijon Mustard, with its mild, milky texture, enabling me to lick its contents off the spoon.. Cheesy...!

I also add it to my Magic Gravy, to spice it up, along with Garlic, Onions, chopped Chillies, and various Herbs and Spices!

I like; "tasty" things!

Paul... Smiley...!

...like the pig-tailed blonde next door... Wink...!

I got this yesterday.
The soup we call "yellow beans".
Very tasty with strong mustard and black bread.

Ta for the Photos, Bob!... Smiley...!

My trusty Mincer (as we call them)...>>>

...

It looks like you have a proper sausage-making machine which fills the skins!

Wonderful things, Sausages! Can be filled with all sorts of herbs and spices for added flavour, and can be included in a variety of different meals!

A couple of my favourite Sausages are:

1st. Cumberland Sausages.
2nd. Lincolnshire sausages.

Guess what I've got for my Dins today... Wink...!

Keep up the recipes, Bob!

Paul...Bangers 'n Mash!.... Cheesy...!
