Hi Mark,

I think the link to the help FAQ is great, but if you are like I was about 5 years ago, you might be reading through the stuff, glassy eyed, thinking what the f___.   Most of what I have learned since becoming a simmer is what I learned by self exploration...wait a minute, that's not exactly what I meant.  Grin I mean I found myself almost completely on my own and had to learn most of what I have learned on my own. HOWEVER, if you have a specific question, feel free to ask.  In terms of your question, I would need a little more info to narrow down exactly what it is you are asking.  Let me know if you still need some help. Wink

I figured about 10 to 15% of what I know about FSX on my own.....mostly after getting a good idea on where to go/what to do from here at SimV.

The other 85 to 90% I figured out from the smart folks around here. Smiley Cool Smiley

While there is a LOT to be said about learn-by-doing, there's also a lot more to be said about learning how to to it from those smarter and/or more experienced than oneself!

Prevents rendering things FUBAR and having to uninstall/reinstall FSX in its entirety. Embarrassed

After the fourth (or more) instance of that sorta solution, I figured I'd learn how and what to do (correctly!) the first time or so.

Saved on a lot of Advil that way! Cheesy
