Back in the 50's my parents would make us stay outside if spontaneity hit during the day on the weekends..... Wink

I've since learn that's why an early bedtime was always strictly enforced.... Wink

One nasty side affect of staying at home for 2 years of college: Parents no longer hide their activities from you  Grin
Kind of ruins the family dinner when your parents drop thinly disguised hints. Roll Eyes
By the way, I was lucky if they at least tried to disguise their hints! Now that I am married its all gone. It took a while for my wife to get adjusted to my family's bluntness with natural human activities  Grin
