Hi all,
currently working on a KMA20 audio panel and wondered if it is possible, or if anyone knows of a link to anywhere I can find out how, to direct the audio from the sim to a specific location ie. selecting the navaid ident to the speaker while having com1 in the headset.
thanks
craig.

Don't know if this will help, but...

If you have 2 audio devices installed, in FSX you can send 'Sounds', which includes the navaid id's, to one device and 'Voice', the coms, to the other. This is done in the FSX Sound settings.

Haven't had FS2004 installed for quite some time so don't remember if it provides the same option.

Fs2004 does not "split" audio channels like that to my knowledge.

thanks dave
I'll have a play around with that as I'm probably going to 'fix' FSX as my 'sim to stick with' on the cockpit build.
cheers
