Oh, how to describe... basically, when trying to change settings/flight parameters, certain bits of text in the menus sticks around, over/under-lapping fresh text.  This is most pronounced in the control assignments menu, and makes it quite a chore to know what function I'm overwriting a control for.

I'm running the game on a Windows 7 rig.  I've tried WinXP SP2 and SP3 compatibility modes, disabled desktop composition, and am running as an administrator, and none of these settings affect it.  I'm also not really sure how to describe the issue for a Google search, so I'm asking here.  If anyone else has run into and fixed this issue, I'd love to know how!
