getting hong kong for flight sim 04 to work with fsx (Read 564 times)

hi all i have purchased hong kong kai tak on a cd rom and trying to install to work with fsx it isnt doing anything at all. the files have installed but doesnt do anything when i try to load in fsx any help???
 

If your gonna do it do it properly!

It's not a native FSX product, you have to edit all of the files.

Due to the differences between the FS2004 and FSX SDKs, used to create scenery, it's unlikely the scenery will work. Even if some elements do show they will not render properly.

There is a very good FSX freeware for Kai Tak by Jim Vile. Download it here-http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1&keywords=vhhx_ils_jv&categoryId=

It includes the rwy 13 IGS, 'Checkerboard' approach.
