Good morning all... Smiley

Is there a Freeware Program which adds people to FSX to make it more realistic at airports?

My trusty "LAGO Flight Sim Enhancer" scenery designer, does all that...

...but it was payware...and long since discontinued...(Like FS Navigator, it was never produced for FSX).

I have both registered programs....and the main reason why I still stick to my beloved FS 2004!... Kiss...!

Paul.... Smiley....!

I don't know of another program which does a similar job for either FS 2004 or FSX.

LAGO FSE is a select-drag-and-drop objects in real time, whilst the Sim is running!
The nearest you could probably get would be Abacus' "EZ Scenery Designer", It uses the Sim's default objects...but no people!......(I have that as well).

What about this for FS 2004/FSX?..>>> http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=instscen2

Thanks Paul... Smiley

Flight 1 makes good products and should be able to order that or wait until I make the two hour drive (one way) to the big city... Smiley

That demo makes it look easy to use...thanks for that Link Paul... Smiley

I have just found out that ORBX has something called ORBX People Flow, but again that and Flight 1 are both Payware.

Before I spend any more money on this I will wait to see what Microsoft Flight is like.... Smiley

Hey, Doug Smiley

ORBX people flow "people" are animated and will perform tasks like, loading baggage or walking a pre-determined route......it's pretty cool Cool Cool

For static people:
FSX Deluxe and Acceleration come with a SDK, which after installed will provide you with an object placement tool that allows you to place any object in your FSX library anywhere, in real time, so you can see what it will look like. There aren't many different models of people in the default library though Sad

Installing the SDK may require a full re-install of FSX thoiugh.......not sure Undecided

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

Thanks Chuck... Smiley

Oh wow, I just got my FSX up and running again with a lot of help from Stephane "Daube" after installing a new Video Card etc. etc... Smiley

Maybe I should leave well enough alone for the time being and see what Microsoft Flight is going to offer.

Thanks Andy but I am not looking for Payware right now.

Like I typed before I think it is wise to wait until we see what this new Microsoft Flight will offer.

It should not be long now... Smiley

Orbx freeware doesn't have stagnant people or People flow as far as I know.
Sorry for not being helpful. Embarrassed

Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.
Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.
