So I'm thinking of moving to X-Plane for a while... I kind of want more realism in my flights in terms of aerodynamics and all of that.

Currently X-Plane 9 is out, and X10 is intended for a Christmas release. If I purchase X9 now, how much should I expect to pay for an upgrade to X10?

Cheers

Normally full asking price, there isn't overly much backwards compatibility in that respect with X-Plane. It is all to do with the huge jumps each version makes with improving realism etc. Also the big jumps in graphical quality.

I remember seeing something about X10 having full backwards compatibility, though I imagine there would be a lot of new data to upgrade it properly.
