Try emptying your browser cache and reboot your computer.

Unless you are a member then you can only download two files at a time. This is to preserve bandwidth for other users of the site.

yes I have cleared out my cache as well as I know how by going in to internet tools and erasing my internet history and going in to control panel and clearing up disk space then rebooting. and still no luck.

I do have a bit of softwar called freedownload manager that I use could the problem lie ther? It never did this before.

It is possible that the problem could be caused by a download manager. Try disabling it.

i dont rely see how this problem could be caused by my computer at this point because if all i had to do to download something is clear some cache on my end(wich hasn't worked) wouldn't that mean that non members could dowload more than  2 files at a time by clearing the cache? maybe my thinking is flawed but i am rely stumped here. I dont have problems downloading anywhere else just here Embarrassed

Download managers work by making multiple connections so there lies your problem. Disable it and you should be good.

After disabling did you reboot again?

Reboot will fix a host of problems in Windows.

If just that doesn't work reset your internet connection (for example reboot router) and make sure your download manager is off when you reboot and does not come on again on restart.

I have fallowed all instructions of disableing/uninstalling download manager, restarted computer and reset modem and router and still no results. this is rely wierd. can anyone tell a specifick file location where simviation tracks these things on my computer so I can clear it out manualy...maybe? I was always under the impression though that downloads where tracked by the simviation servor/'s and there fore  the bug would reside on simviations end but I guess I am wrong. Unless I have some sort of virus my anti virus didn't pick up when I ran a full system scan yesterday.

Simviation doesn't track anything for a start.

Roll Eyes

Meanwhile have you tried using a different browser? Tell me you are using Internet Explorer?

If so try Firefox. We all need to get away from what is becoming a concerning control by the likes of M$ and Apple.

I always try to avoid, if possible, anything from either of those providers.
