Ferrari were threatened with legal action from Ford, as this years F1 car was originally called the Ferrari F150.
Load of balls IMHO...

Mind you some redneck is bound to sue when after he has ordered his new F-150 and a F150 does not turn up
Does not matter how Ferrari package it, it will called the F150 from now on. Also what will the commentators call it. Calling it an F150 and not a Ferrari F150th Italia may also be considered copy right infringement as it will reach million by the media of TV. Bet Ford did not think of that on!
