the Gauges has gave me quite job   Shocked
specially and most because some of the things I see in cockpit views in airliners.net  ,I don't know what they do,or the photo is not good enough to understand its shape

so I do have to do a research ,looking manuals all over the web to have some ideas (If I could get inside of a real md83,with a camera the FSX airplane perhaps would be ready to be release by now)

I don't know about the Repainters ,I haven't heard anything from them ,If any of you have problem, NO problem! send me the paint ,I'll fix then and we share credits ,I'm saying this because I find strange that ,I should have the paints by now,s I assume that maybe my mapping is problematic ,If you guys can't please at lest I would presiate you tell me now ,because I'm still counting on you guys Smiley

Once I finish the gauges which are 70% done ,the Painting of the VC its easy cake ..

I change this from freeware screenshots

I really find Interesting some pseudo designers which are claiming that the actuals SDK (FSX & FS9) are obsoletes and need to be Improved for this new "FLIGHT"  when obviously they haven't done Nothing or at least anything decent yet ,NEITHER I DONE something really good up to the quality  YET , I found some comments ridiculously funny and at the same time disappointing, I would accept these comment If they come from a Bill Leaming or Bill Lyons and some others around these forum as Milton Shupe.

I'm still learning I wish a easier SDK Not a complex one ,I wouldn't never request for a "better SDK"
when I still can't understand the latest one

So far many people can't deal with the FSX sdk YET mosly they can't never even export a model  and some people are asking to improve and complicate MORE than IT already FSX-SDK is .

  I avoid all kind of confrontations but these comments really pis me up ,maybe they don't do anything because this SDKs are too obsoletes for then..

Yes ,in psd at 4096x4096 or 2048x2048 , I'll deal with the alpha The chrome and glasses are in there and requires an exact point according to your paint color to adjust the alpha black to vanish that ugly middle line .

thanks Christian ,I still working on this gauges that are making me crazy ,what is TAS/SAT?

if anyone knows what is this and how it works I'll presiate it

TAS = True Air Speed
SAT = Static Air Temperature

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outside_air_temperature
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/True_air_speed

The gray box on the left side of the image looks like autopilot controls. The "GA" text in the selection (upper right white cube in the box) should mean "Go Around" but I'm not sure what the rest does.

     Total air temperature is the air temperature at the front of the aircraft where the ram pressure from the speed of the aircraft is taken into account

I'm having a biiiiiiig problem understanding the upper console ,too different from Boeing,I can't even understand the APU ,the good news is
It will have animated wipers (they looks amazing)
most of the switches and warning lights works perfect in the panel  .

...
I'm trying to contact a real life MD 80 pilot ,to explain me most of the light and buttons of the head up panel.
Also there is something I need to know ,its about the NAV1 and NAV2 Ident buttoms ,both radios are in the top panel ,But how can Ident switch be selected ?

I can't really help with the technical details at this point, but I'll say that your design looks amazing so far! Keep up the excellent work!  Smiley
