I am having a problem downloading files. Ever since the site has been updated when ever I try to download files I get a "Javascript error on page" if I go back to the old site archives I can again download files just fine. I am using IE8, XP and have most current updates of both Java, IE8 and XP installed, and I am not having issues on other sites downloading. Can you help or advise.

Hi, sorry to hear you are having this problem. This is a new one.

1st thing I would suggest would be to try using Firefox. This will tell you if it's IE8 that is causing the problem or something else. if it is OK in FF then some setting on IE8 needs to be changed.

If it goes on, would it be possible to show a screenshot of the page during the error?
