Date: Sunday, September 5th, 2010
Time: 3:30pm US Eastern

Route: Hopping around New Zealand. Not sure where specifically yet.

Planes: Your choice.

Sim:
Either. I recommend getting NZ kitted out in FS2004 with VOZ North and some freeware mesh at least. For FSX, get payware VLC.

I'm spending most/all for my time there now, Sean, so a nice trip around North Island will be very welcome.
I am using the FS 2004 NZ Landclass, and some of the Scenery Downloads, and I am presently busy populating it with LAGO FSE at the moment, so I will feel quite; "at home" there.... Wink...!

Paul...G-BPLF...FS 2004...FS Nav..VOZ North....and a Kiwi... Cool...!

Flight Plan filed:
146 mile all-round trip.
Long haul, so I may use my Hunting BAC Jet Provost.

Wellington. 0 Miles.
set...
NDB 358.0...then..
NDB 234.0

tune to....

Wanaganui: VOR 116.00. 83 Miles.
                 NDB 382,0

tune to...

Napier: VOR 113.80. 146 Miles
           NDB 354.0

Paul...G-BPLF..FS 2004...FS Nav... Cool...!

P.S. Because of the complexity (objects) of the NZ add-on scenery at the major Airports, I have disabled that particular scenery in my Library to prevent excessive Frame-Rate stutter on my Computer.
I am designing my own Frame-Rate friendly scenery instead: (LAGO FSE + EZ Scenery).
I have installed the special NZ scenery which shows all the small airfield objects....(NZ Rural Strips) Smiley...!

I flew around the Christchurch earthquake area this afternoon, on and off line, with no connection problems...so far!... Wink...!
