I'm rather new to FSX, but one of the first add-ons I had to get was FSWC.

So I just wanted to give a special thank you to:
Ashton Lawson
Paul Wheeler
Nick Needham
Orion Lyau
and Kevin Glover.
Great work guys! Amazing software for free!

I've never used FSWC before, what exactly does it do?
Also, is there any FPS impact?

It enhances the appearance of the water and shorelines depending on the settings. It never affected my framerates as far as I could tell. Go get it, it's excellent. If it gave you a problem you just don't turn it on.

Like the web site says, it's the only add-on (that I know of anyway) that doesn't modify any textures, but it allows you to change the shade profile that FSX uses. I LOVE the fact that it has so many options and adjustments. Very versitile. Try it, you won't be sorry! Wink
