Whenever my WOAI planes decend, they go into a 90 degree dive and plummet to Earth and sometimes go on a mission to the center of the world.
Is there a way to fix this? With it like this, it might be better just to totally re-install FSX to get the defaults back.
Thanks,

This happens to me when I load at a busy airport.  You can see some AI off in the distance dive into the ground.  I'm pretty sure this is just an AI bug... the flightplans just trying to catch up to themselves or something like that.  I think its the same reason as to the AI not acting normally for about 10 minutes after you load a flight, ie.  10 ac all on final at the same time.

Maybe somebody who knows more about AI than I do can shed some more light on to why this happens.

Got a question, just updated all the AI on my FS2004, but for some reason the aircraft insist on flying in ridiculously close formation, to the point that they merge, it gets quite annoying. What have I done wrong? It really gets ridiculous when they're on approach and one goes around and the queue to take-off takes forever... Along with ATC constantly telling the AI they have an aircraft less than a mile away over and over and over...

Cheers

Just remember there is no traffic seperation with FS9 ATC.  It will not tell an aircraft to change course to avoid another aircraft.  If you have the same aircraft flying in "formation" in cruise, you might have duplicate flightplans.  As for aircraft flying with minimal seperation on approach to an airport, that's just how the FS9 ATC operates...
