what is combat flight sim and where can i get it? i'm also wanting to know if it's an add on pack for fsx. is it free? sorry for all the questions, i'm new to the forums and never heard of combat flight sim

CFS (Combat Flight Simulator - European Theater) is the first combat sim put out by Microsoft. It came out in 1998, the same year as Flight Simulator 98. Other combat sims came out before CFS, most notably Jane's WWII Fighters, Red Baron, etc..

It is very very old. I don't think you could even find it in a 'bargain bin'.

There is also CFS2 - Pacific Theater, and CFS3 - Battle for Europe.

As for it being an add-on for FSX, lordy no.
