If I only had the time a patience to do something like that! 

Been thinking of changing my design to a 737 layout with dual seating, with pilot and co-pilot glass. It actually looks like it would be easier then trying to cram all the instruments into a fighter style layout.

Plus there are tons of resources on the building of a 737 pit.
