Has anyone paused and thought about the fact that with our new flight sim, we are getting new flight simmers? Many of these simers may be teens like me, with hormones that are all screwed up. often teens are very mody. mabey this is contributing to it? just ask my mom about my modyness  Wink

i avoid fsx forum. i have no bussines there. i don't even have the sim! Cry

From what I have seen whenever a new version comes out there is a LOT of chaos in the forums; and now what with a new FS version, Vista, DX10, new hardware all happening at the same time it's bound to wreak havoc on their systems and thus spills onto the forums.

FS98 up to FS9 is now fully matured in all sorts of ways causing less headaches.  Plus I bet you guys are down here for the enjoyment of flying... letting your imagination run wild instead of having to tweak your system until you are pulling your hair out.  Grin

That's why I like to occasionally cruise the 'older' forums to read more civil threads.  Heck, I bet if the ran a forum FS1-thru-FS5.1 you would see some activity.  Imagine a screenshot forum for FS3 or 4!  A kick into the past.

just passin' thru...

I promise myself not to post futher more post in that area ,due what you just said Ashar ,you so right I been call troll a liar and still ,the best thing that FSX brough to us its the Flight Dinamics ,But I have pist up for this new FSX ,I hate it sometimes and I love it ,I hate it because I can't do futher planes ,because if I continue what I was making , soon they be garbage ,I hate it because its a very Heavy to all the system (pc) ,I wish MS would only released a big pach with the same planes with same Dynamics to FS9 and never release this FSX ,Ok Its the greatest thing in Graphic, BUT WHAT INTERESTED ME ITS JUST TO FLY AS MUCH REALISTIC POSIBLE ANY PLANE(DYNAMICS),FS9 Had a life for one or two more year at least, and they release this version too early,

Yeah Im confuse a bit ,but I miss the time where we were able to add things with afcad221 or make planes as I did ,and even with Flight Simulator Scenery Creator you could make change in any airport and even place anywhere a new one,...

now what I know its noboddy knows nothing yet about how to desing TO FSX there is no new makemdl for it, no Gmax compatible, No nothing..

Ashar you totaly right , I'm agree, when FS9 was release none of this happended..

Then get X-Plane and complement those graphics Wink

The FSX forum is controversial and hectic right now because of all the new things that are coming out. That's where I mainly post, and I'm used to it because that's all I read and that's where I started in SimV. Some people just don't understand that their systems just can't run FSX maxed out, even though they keep spending their time trying to tweak it to get it to do so and it still doesn't max it.... ALL HARDWARE HAS ITS LIMITS.... unfortunately lol

Why is this thread in the FS98 forum? This thread has nothing to do with FS98 and it appears that this thread started in Cafe SimV so how did it end up in here instead of the FSX forum?  Huh

The FSX section has settled down a bit. You'll always get trouble from somebody.  Roll Eyes

Is FS2004 forum better or good enough (Like this one)?

As I use to have FS2004 but I lent my CD 4 to a friend and until now he has not returned. Anyway, FS98 will keep me company.

For one thing, you've opened an ancient thread which, evidently, had been moved out of the Pilots' Lounge (former SimV Cafe) due to its FS-related content; not that you need to start a new thread, I guess. There really isn't that much forum action in FS98. I'm one of the few that seems to check it although most of my sim flights are with CFS1 (which, to be honest, has the better default graphics for my eyes).

Cool

Never lend your Disc 4 to anyone. Might as well lend 'im your bird...
