Im  thinking about buying VFR scenery for fs2004 but as FSX is about to be released, I don't see any point if it will not work with FSX,

Will it?

if you live outside North America, yes you should bought..no matter how well the screenshot..all FS generation are sux when it come to scenery out side US..I don't think it gonna be any compitability problem coz FSX is gonna be same XML base as FS2004 (only a bit advance)

yeah i agree with Dianna, if you live outside the US, you had better hope your scenery was updated. now with the exception of a few selected areas for "super scenery airports (and surrounding area)" the rest of the world was pretty much left out.

as for the US however, i wouldn't need any addon scenery, judging by the pics (of seattle alone)
