Think about it. Some airlines, don't like being potraid in certain ways [unless they are paid of course]. If M$ uses the real-world liveries as stock for a commercial product, then M$ will have to pay them, thus raising the price tag on the final product.

Besides, even if M$ did offer them, there wouldn't be much more variety compared to what www.projectai.com could offer.

I think that's why after 9/11 American Airlines didn't allow their name to be used at all, freeware or payware in FS models. They didn't want screens showing up on Fox News of an AA 767 smashing into the Twin Towers in FS.

Would you really want MS to include realistic AI airline traffic? You know we would have to redo it anyway Grin

PAI does a good job, though I still can't get it to work Roll Eyes

Then how come my FS9 uses the American call signs when addressing AA aircraft? ???

But even then, ATC calls them with no name...like Tyrolean is just blank...for example..." (Tyrolean should go here) 2324, hold short, traffic is........"....Is there a way to actually fix this in FS9? ??? ???

I'll post a question in the FS9 board... Wink
