This is not a suggestion per se, but I just felt the need to thank SimV and all the members of this forum for the quality service you provide.
I was just surfing around looking at other message boards of sites that interest me, and I couldn't believe the amount of visciousness, rudeness, and plain flaming that occurs as a regular occurance.  I won't name any names, but these were fan sites for movies and television shows that I enjoy.  The threads almost made me wish I wasn't a fan of these movies and shows because of the general attitudes displayed by my fellow "fans."
The SimV forum, on the other hand, is nearly always clean and free of this garbage.  New posters are treated with respect, and a "dumb" question by a noob is given a simple and helpful answer.  Sure, every once and a while someone might get out of hand, but those instances are dealt with in a prompt and decisive manner so that the entire board itself is not tarnished.
Sorry for the soap box, but after seeing how other "fans" treat each other on other boards, I was even more appreciative of the wonderful community that has developed here at SimV.

Here, you have to EARN your level of rudeness and flaming.

It's questions from people who should know better that really get the marmalad treatment.
