A sneak peak, Brittanias first - and Boeings first prototype aswell -  737G3 (generation 3) developed quietly and discrete, as opposed to the 7E7 project  Wink

I think it looks allright. But I've always had a soft spot for 3 holers  Grin

Neither do I Pippin, but what the heck, it's a beautiful plane! Like Nexus and Craig, I love three-engined jets. That's a stunning plane, great shot! Grin

Well guys, you are right. It doesn't make sense, and it will never EVER be real either. The 737 is almost already overpowered with it's CFM56 engines, so there's no meaning or reason at all to add a tail engine.

The picture was edited in photoshop by me. I took the tail engine of a Lockheed L1011 TriStar and mounted it on the 737 fin. And I'm happy you bought my little "scam"  Grin

here's the original picture

Pretty nifty crafting from my part, eh?  Wink

Damn good edit there Shocked

I can only just see the blurring between the engine and the fuselage.

I applaud you.

Would be nice to see this aircraft come to fruition. It would shoot off at a great speed as well. Grin
