This thing was created long before the A-380, Pippin. It served to ferry A-300 fuselages back and forth from the UK to France, Toulouse, for final assembly. Also would store entire wings in there for transport.

How they would transport a A-380 fuselage, I'm not sure. They might do that in sections, but this I don't know.
