I would love to be able to create some simple scenery for my own use.  Even if it just a runway in a field.  Maybe latter I could add some trees and a mountain.  Nothing complicated or fancy.  I just want to create some simple stuff i can call my own design.  The instructions i have seen for scenrey making are much to complicated for me.  Different programs for different types of scenery and all.

Hi Bill. The easiest way I know to create CFS1 scenery is with Chuck Dome's little Static Object Designer v.1.2 utility. http://www.simviation.com/cfs1utilitites2.htm
This will add default objects like buildings & vehicles to existing airfields or you can create your own airfield from scratch by adding runways. Use Slew mode in Free Flight to note the co-ordinates & position the objects. Please try it & tell me how you get on.
