In CFS 2 there was a program to make missions, is there one with CFS 3 or do I have to download something like gMAX?

there is a mission builder in the makes for CFS3 just like the 1 from CFS2, but you can still make missions http://microsoftgamesinsider.com/CFSInsider/Tools/default.htm#tool2
