Hi again.

I am just confused with what the FSedit does exactly. I know it edits the cfg file, but does it modify the air file too? I thought it will, but when I open this file with FDE nothing has changed, everything remains the same.

One more thing. If I edit the air file with FDE then do I have to put all the parameters that I have already set in the air file. Or should I just do the ones that the air file doesn't edit.

Just about everything you'd want/need to modify can be done by using a text-editor on the aircraft.cgf file.. (there are a few obscure items that escape me now that can only be changed in the .air file)..

I've found that the editor that comes with FS2002 crashes after several uses, or after your aircraft folder becomes too large.. not sure why  Roll Eyes
