I created some flight plans for KFFO in FS9. They where made bby copying exsisting plan elements, where everything shows as it is suspose to. But now the A/C show up without their paints. Any thoughts?

I assume these are liveries that have shown up OK before?  If your video card and/or CPU are under stress, AI can appear without their textures.  Perhaps you added too many?

If these are new liveries you added for these new flight plans and you are *sure* that the texture= lines are correct, then if you are using Vista/Win7/8 and your FS installation is located in a Program Files folder, then I have heard of this happening.  Turning UAC off (temporarily) is a good test to check this.
